This place suits me perfectly! It offers great wi-fi, a fitness center, and a sauna. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency exchange. Highly recommend it! I’m coming back for Christmas.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, assisting with all my needs promptly. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including freshly made pastries and local delicacies, setting a great tone for the day.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and made our honeymoon unforgettable. We were given extra special touches that truly enhanced the experience. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the Executive Double Room, along with an outstanding breakfast that included a variety of delicious options. It was great to be able to use a special room for our wedding photos as well!

The gym facilities were excellent, but the mattresses need improvement for comfort.

Exceptional experience with incredible staff!

I recently stayed for 2 nights in an Executive Double Room and was blown away by the attentive service from the staff. They truly went above and beyond, even helping with personal requests that made our stay special. The room was modern and included wonderful amenities like a sauna, adding a luxurious touch to our visit. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast area’s lighting, as it felt a bit dark in the mornings.

BTH Hotel is visually stunning and modern. The design is sleek and geared towards young professionals. I loved the jacuzzi and sauna/steam amenities in the Executive Double Room which felt luxurious after long days. The gym exceeds expectations with its equipment. Staff made a positive impact. they were professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. However, the mattress quality could be better. It felt a bit worn and not as comfortable as I hoped. The air conditioning's positioning was uncomfortable at night since it blew directly on me while sleeping. Breakfast was unfortunately in a dark room, and the techno music felt off for the morning atmosphere. A lighter, jazzy option would set a better tone. Despite these issues, my stay was enjoyable and worthwhile.
